Brick by Brick

One of the delightful parallels I see between agile and positive psychology is how small things can deliver great value.

For many of us working on agile transformations, the ambitions are lofty. We might feel like we aren't making progress. We might question the value we're providing.

But a different picture emerges if we look a little closer at the tiny things we do each day. We realize we are supporting others, catalyzing learning, and making a meaningful impact on those around us day by day, hour by hour.

When we measure our success in these small moments, something shifts in our perspective. By appreciating the value of our daily work, we begin to see how our small efforts contribute to our larger purpose.

Even the grandest cathedrals were built brick by brick by many loving hands.
